Xfig - Interactive drawing tool for Linux


Xfig is an interactive drawing tool that runs under X Window System Version 11 Release 4 (X11R4) or later.

In xfig, shapes can be created using objects like circles, boxes, lines, spline curves, text etc. It is also possible to import images in formats such as GIF, JPEG, EPSF (PostScript).

These objects can be created, erased, moved or modified. Attributes like colors or line styles can be selected differently. For text, there are different 35 fonts available. Text can also contain Latin-1 characters like "Ä".

The program is available in the Debian program store and is available in English and Japanese.
